Oyaide SS-47 0.6mm

The SS-47, the Oyaide original high-fidelity solder, is produced to maximise the capacity of cables and connectors by eliminating its sound character. After careful consideration of the importance of the contact and joining area, Oyaide finally achieved to produce the high-fidelity audio specialised solder.

They have tried to improve the quality by always selecting the best material. There is no exception about this audio-grade solder, SS-47. Compared to general solders, which usually contain 3N (99.9%) pure tin, SS-47 has 4N (99.993%) pure tin achieved by excluding impurities to the maximum. Furthermore, 4.7% silver and 1.7% copper are contained to improve electric conductivity and durability.

As a result of our consideration of flux, it was achieved to restrict the corrosion of the surface and residual chlorine to less than 0.12%. In addition, by containing unique material, the flux of SS-47 has an 83% fast-spreading ratio, indicating excellent work ability.

SS-47 is the ultimate solder that extracts the maximum performance of components and actualises stress-free craft work.
