Access to our site is permitted on a temporary basis, and we reserve the right to withdraw or amend the service we provide on our site without notice (see below). We will not be liable if for any reason our site is unavailable at any time or for any period. DELIVERY & RETURNS
When you add products to your Shopping Basket, the appropriate delivery charge will be added automatically. You will always be able to see this charge before submitting your order.
All delivery timescales are subject to product and delivery slot availability. Small parcels may be delivered via Royal Mail. Delivery is normally next working day subject to availability. However, delivery may take up to five working days.
We are unable to confirm a delivery time.
Within the UK we ship with Royal Mail or FedEx, DPD, this is a 2-3 day service though we can not tell you at what time the courier will arrive.
Whilst every reasonable effort shall be made to keep to any delivery date, time of delivery shall not be of the essence and Eden Audio shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages or expenses incurred by the customer or any other person or company arising directly or indirectly out of any failure to meet any estimated delivery date. The risk in the goods shall pass from the company to the customer upon delivery of such goods to the customer.
For European destinations we ship with DPD, UPS this can take between 5-7 days depending on where you live. Custom duties and taxes are your responsibility
Return must arrive back to use in perfect condition, this means all accessorises and the retail box must be perfect, failure to meet this will result in a 15% fee. We also strongly recommend insuring the item,
Cancellations: If you decide to cancel your order you will be charged a cancellation fee of 3.5% as charged by the processing company.
Condition
All goods are sold as new, in most cases this means the box will come sealed, but this is not always the case.
Opened Box - Open box means the plastic seal on the box is missing, in most cases this means it is a return unit. The condition is perfect as new with full warranty.
Part Exchange
Unfortunately we do not currently offer this type of service.
Returns
If you need to return a product purchased from Eden Audio then you have 14 calendar days to do so. The returned goods must be in a resalable state and any goods or accessories that accompany the returned product must also come back to us.
14-30 days We offer exchange for another item or credit.
30-40 days We consider this a loan unit and will charge 20% loan fee upon return.
After 40 days, No refund.
The goods should also be returned with their original box, packing and accessories.
If the return is due to missing or faulty parts then we will offer a full refund or replacement provided we are aware of this within 10 working days.
Any refund, which is due to a fault or other defect, will include a refund of the applicable delivery charge.
You will be required to pay the costs to return the goods. If we arrange to collect the goods from you directly, then we will deduct our actual costs from any refund that is due to you.
We do not return credit card processing fees, such as those incurred by paying with stripe or paypal if you change your mind or wish to return a non faulty item.
If a product is sent in a sealed box we charge a small fee of £10 as this item has been opened and is now classed as opened box or used and you have lowered it's retail value.
No refunds on upgraded shipping services, only free shipping.
Warranty
All goods come with full manufactures warranty (1 year on electronics).
Warranties are for the original buyers only.
No warranties on grey imports. These must be returned to where you bought it, the warranty is for items purchased in the UK.
There is no warranty on Headphone cables.
Remote Controls 90 Day Warranty
Damage caused by incorrect installation, use, modifications or repair by any unauthorised 3rd party or yourself; Damage caused by any party or other external force; for example components damaged by a mains spike or surge.
There is no refund on:
Earphones: Due to hygiene reasons unless the box is still sealed
Headphones: You may return headphones but a 15% fee will be charged due to hygiene reason unless the box is still sealed
Ex demo, discounted or special orders and cables that are cut to customers choice of length.
Eden Audio reserve the right to remove/not sell to buyers who abuse the return process.
