Aune released the original X1 DAC+Headphone AMP back in 2008. The latest X1s GT is the 8th generation of this classic device that reinvented the way we enjoy our music on desktop systems. It brings innovative changes with a single device equipped with both, a high-performance audio signal decoder and a powerful headphone amplifier. Aune takes that performance even further with the X1s GT featuring PLL external clock input and balanced headphone connections.

Precision & Integrity, Added PLL Core Precise Algorithm

Aune has designed so many professional digital audio clocks that they are now the master of the genre. With the X1S GT, they have featured the PLL(Phase Locked Loop) clock core that took a long time to develop. It is a complex and precise algorithm that enables the output signal to corresponding frequencies to the DAC, achieving a proper clock synchronisation in the system. And not only this, Aune X1s GT can also be connected to an external digital audio clock to explore more options with the sound.

Fully-Discrete 4 AMP Circuit Providing Full Output Thrust

Aune X1s GT features an upgraded version of the classic B1 fully discrete headphone amplifier circuit. It consists of 4x24BJTs, 227 components in total, producing a strong output power that can drive the most demanding headphones in the market with ease. The device has a balanced 4.4mm headphone output port that produces up to 1200mW of output power.

Four Different Drive Modes

Instead of regular DAC filters, the Aune X1s GT has its own specially designed filter modes with Aune’s self-developed algorithm. They feature two modes for general use, and two specifically for headphones.
