It features an Omni-Stack Carbon Diaphragm (OSCD) made of carbon fiber, as well as a Constant-Flux magnetic circuit allowing up to 4mm of linear excursion. Its open-back design and Tilted Acoustic Matrix favor a wide and precise sound presentation, while its 43Ω impedance and 102dB SPL sensitivity at 1kHz allow use with a wide variety of sources. The AR9000 features a frequency response of 4Hz to 50kHz and total harmonic distortion below 0.03% at 1kHz.
